Shabazz Muhammad‘s market appears to be drying up quickly after it was previously reported at least five teams other than the Timberwolves were interested in acquiring his services.

Minnesota, which pulled Muhammad’s $ 4.2-million qualifying offer to make him an unrestricted free agent, is now looking to bring the 24-year-old guard back, according to ESPN’s Darren Wolfson.

All the team can offer him is the veteran’s minimum, though, so it remains to be seen whether he would take such a deal considering what he earned last season ($ 3.04 million), along with the fact that his QO was yanked.

In 78 appearances last season, Muhammad averaged 9.9 points and 2.8 rebounds on 48.2 percent shooting coming off the bench for the 31-51 Timberwolves.
